Texas Bearing Company offers an In-House Hydraulic Repair Facility, Machine Shop and Outside Field Service.

Field Service

Our Outside Field Service Technicians are equiped with the correct tools and training to service the Crushing, Washing and Conveying industry. Our fleet of service truck are spread out over the state of Texas in order to provide quick and efficent service to keep down time at a minimum.

We also stock Kolberg-Pioneer, Johnson Crusher and Astec Mobile Screen parts at all our locations. With this our Service Technicians have the ability to get our customers back up and running quickly without always having to order parts in to repair their equipment.

Hydraulic Repair Center

We offer quick turnarounds for your hydraulic, phneumatic, and reducer repairs. We can rebuild cylinders and refurbish hydraulic power units.

We will inspect, teardown, clean, lap, machine, paint and test unts as needed.

Units will be thoroughly tested on our Hydraulic Test stand that will test up to 3000 PSI & 75 horsepower.

We have the ability to repair the following items:

  • vane pumps
  • piston pumps
  • cylinders
  • motors
  • accumulators
  • directional valves
  • flow controls
  • actuators
  • servo vales
  • gear reducers
  • and much more

Texas Bearing Company is a fully Authorized QA Repair Center for Eaton/Vickers Hydraulics.

We carry an extensive full-line inventory to allow for quick turn-around on our repairs.

With the help of our competent vendors, we also have the ability to repair our jobs with Factory Authorized parts.

Machining Center

Our Machine Shop utilizes a CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Engine Lathe and a Vertical Mill to machine a finished product or hard to find items.

With in stock standard chrome shafting this allows Texas Bearing Company to quickly machine new cylinder rods in order to keep our customers up and running.

With our experienced Machinist we have the ability to reverse engineer ‘most’ damaged or broken parts and remanufacture to exacting specifications from raw materials supplied here in the U.S.
